We deliver across all Egyptian governorates. Your delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your governorate and is added to your order total:

- Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
- Free Store Pickup is available at our Beni Mazar, Minia branch — simply select “Store Pickup” at checkout.
- Paying cash on delivery? You pay the full order total (products + delivery fee) to the courier.
Returns
We want you to love every piece. If something doesn’t work out, returns are available under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer arranges and pays for the return shipment.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are available. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. Contact us via WhatsApp at 01097926261 to arrange an exchange.
